The War and Treaty come to the Carolina Theatre of Durham on The Lover’s Game Tour on May 10

DURHAM, NC — November 21, 2022 — The War and Treaty come to the Carolina Theatre of Durham on May 10, 2023. 

Tickets to The War and Treaty are on sale at the Carolina Theatre box office and the venue’s website, www.carolinatheatre.org.

The War and Treaty have amassed a following as eclectic as their sound — a bluesy but joyful fusion of southern soul, gospel, country, and rock-and-roll. The husband-and-wife duo of Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Trotter released their debut album “Healing Tide” in 2018 and their critically acclaimed sophomore album “Heats Town” in 2020. Known for a live show nearly revival-like in its intensity, the group embarks on The Lover’s Game Tour in the Spring of 2023.
