Carolina Theatre of Durham, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. When you donate to the Carolina Theatre, you become a part of the lifelong tradition of arts in Durham. Your contribution will help us continue bringing world-class performing arts to the Triangle; screening films 365 days of the year; providing unique access to the arts for thousands of Triangle-area students and families for free or reduced ticketing costs; and lastly, your support ensures the historic theatre continues to be an essential cultural institution in the heart of downtown Durham.

Stock Gifts

Gifts of publicly traded securities that have appreciated in value allow you to avoid capital gains taxes while also receiving a tax deduction for your gift.
