DURHAM, NC — July 1, 2025 — Jared Freid: The Table For One Tour comes to the Carolina Theatre of Durham on November 14, 2025. Tickets are on sale now at the venue’s box office and online at www.carolinatheatre.org.

Jared Freid is a stand-up comedian and podcaster based out of New York City. With a strong focus on dating and relationships, Freid’s comedy reflects the ordinary daily thoughts of everyone you know, especially if you know a lot of millennials that are obsessing over dating apps, trying to be real adults, and worrying about their bodies.

In 2019, he released his first full-length comedy album “Always a Momma Bear,” followed by two comedy specials “Socially Distanced… Of Course (2021),” and “37 & Single (2023).” He also hosts two highly rated weekly podcasts called “U Up?” with Jordana Abraham of Betches and the “JTrain Podcast.”

Freid’s most recent tour, The Table For One Tour, includes an hour of standup about the highlights and lowlights of traveling when you’re single and 40. Explaining the reasons you’re traveling alone to your parents. Telling your married friends it’s not the wild time they imagine. And figuring out why they don’t put enough ice in your drink abroad. This hour is for everyone. Millennials. Parents of the Millennials. And the Gen Z people who want a story from the ghost of single future.
