A highly animated performer, Donna Washington has been entertaining, educating, and inspiring audiences with her vocal pyrotechnics, elastic face, and deep characterizations that bring folklore, literary tales, and personal narratives to life for a long time.  She is an internationally known, multiple award-winning storyteller, spoken word recording artist and author.  Donna has been called a “walking Disney movie,” and told she was “better than TV.”

VIRTUAL FIELD TRIPS: All school groups, including homeschools, can reserve tickets to Arts Discovery performances through Eventbrite. To ensure the safety and well-being of our audiences, virtual performances will be available. A viewing link will be sent to you via email at 10:00 a.m. the day after the performance. The link will expire within 48 hours of receiving it.

All Durham Public Schools (DPS) reservations will be made by the school-designated Arts Liaison. The Arts Liaison was appointed by each school principal to coordinate this effort. Please contact your principal for further action.
