The Thing

A SplatterFlix annual tradition! Man is the warmest place to hide. In the frozen isolation of Antarctica, a group of American research scientists is hunted by an alien life form capable of perfectly mimicking any organism it touches. Kurt Russell leads the crew in a desperate, paranoid battle where anyone could be the monster. Featuring Rob Bottin’s legendary, stomach-churning practical effects and a haunting score by Ennio Morricone, “The Thing” is a masterpiece of nihilistic suspense and gory body horror. In a place where you can’t trust your best friend, the only rule is survival.
