When a grisly murder spree in the town of Henenlotter, North Carolina is discovered to have been perpetrated by a mutated half-reptile/half-human child, the creature is soon hunted by a nefarious scientist, a group of incompetent paranormal investigators, two local police officers, and a good-natured pair of horror-loving townie brothers. As the bodies pile up, the brothers and their precocious niece must attempt to befriend the tiny beast to save the town, their reputations, and the ravenous, rambunctious Reptchild.
