Carolina Theatre presents Outdoor Cinema

Gremlins | Outdoor Cinema

Saturday, November 7

When Billy Peltzer is given a cute and friendly little Mogwai for Christmas, he is told to never expose it to bright light, get it wet or feed it after midnight. But when a glass of water accidentally spills over little Gizmo, Billy learns the hard way why he should have followed this advice! Now, he and his girlfriend must save their town from being overrun by a new breed of Mogwai – the ‘Gremlins’ – who are far from friendly!

About Outdoor Cinema

We are taking film outside! Enjoy this screening under the night sky in the Durham Arts Council parking lot off Morris Street. Whether you purchase your tickets online or at the Carolina Theatre Box Office, our staff will direct you to your designated area. Check in will be at the table off Morris Street. In the event of inclement weather, screenings will be moved inside.

Please review our requirements for the outside screenings:

• Guests need to bring their own chairs and/or blankets.
• Screenings are rain or shine. No umbrellas allowed.
• Guests entering the outdoor screenings will answer health screening questions and have their temperatures taken.
• Guests will be required to wear a mask anytime they are outside of their designated space.
• Each guest space will be set up 8 feet away from others.

The Carolina Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest that is not following the above guidelines and regulations in accordance with the City of Durham, CDC and NC Department of Health and Human Services.
