DURHAM, NC — February 21, 2022 — Béla Fleck comes to the Carolina Theatre of Durham on the My Bluegrass Heart Tour on May 25, 2022.

Over the last four decades, Béla Fleck has made a point of boldly going where no banjo player has gone before, a musical journey that has earned him 15 Grammys in nine different fields, including country, pop, jazz, instrumental, classical and world music. But his roots are in bluegrass, and he returns in 2022 with the My Bluegrass Heart Tour, his first bluegrass tour in 24 years.

On the My Bluegrass Heart Tour, Fleck’s band will spotlight a multi-generational gamut of the best of bluegrass players including fiddler Michael Cleveland, mandolinist Jacob Jolliff, guitarist Cody Kilby, multi-instrumentalist Justin Moses, and bassist and multi-instrumentalist Mark Schatz.

The Carolina Theatre requires all guests to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours before entering the building. Additionally, all guests are required to wear a face mask at all times unless actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status.
