carolinatheatre.org is the only official source for tickets to shows at the Carolina Theatre of Durham. The Carolina Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party sellers. Tickets sold via unofficial sources may be invalid or not accepted at Carolina Theatre shows. Tickets obtained from other unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit, or invalid due to payment issues and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for refunds or assistance if tickets are lost, misplaced, or stolen, if the event is canceled or rescheduled, or if there are any concerns with the performance, audience members or venue. The Carolina Theatre of Durham is unable to assist buyers of third-party tickets and patrons must return to their point of purchase for assistance.

Tickets sold via carolinatheatre.org are the only guaranteed and verified authentic tickets for Carolina Theatre of Durham events. Please check the URL in your browser to ensure that you are only purchasing from carolinatheatre.org. Please note that all ticket sales are final.

Sharing is caring! We encourage sharing on social media, but we want you to keep your tickets safe. If you want to post photos of your tickets online or on social media before the show date, please remember to cover the barcode. The barcode can be easily copied from a photo and resold. If this happens, your tickets are no longer valid. This includes paper tickets, print-at-home tickets and mobile tickets.

Another tip: Avoid taking screenshots of personal information such as your first and last name, address, or credit card.
